Orders purchased both in-store or online are available to return in the form of store credit only. Please see full policy below.

Thank you for shopping with us online and supporting our small business! We hope you love your purchase, but if your item does not work out, we will kindly accept your return for store credit.
- Returns must submitted be within 10 days of fulfillment.
- Returns must unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached.
- Original invoice or receipt must accompany all returns.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded.
- All sale items, and items purchased with a temporary discount code of 20% off or more are FINAL SALE.
- Jewelry, sunnies/eyewear, adhesive bras/bralettes, and bodysuits are NOT eligible for returns, they are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Sami Anne Clothing reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item being returned.
Store credit can be used online or in-store and can be applied toward an exchange of size should the item still be available once credit is issued. However, we cannot guarantee that a size exchange will be available.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of the postmarked date. We will not accept damaged items past that point.

- Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to us.
- FREE local pickup is available in Dunn, North Carolina (choose option at checkout.)
Sami Anne Clothing is not responsible for:
- Products marked delivered by USPS or UPS. Please contact your local Post Office or UPS Hub for information regarding your package or to submit a claim.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. USPS or UPS is responsible for all packages once they leave the shop.
- Stolen packages. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delivered but stolen from porch or mailbox.
- Delays with shipping. We will get your package in the mail ASAP but once it leaves the shop, we cannot be held responsible.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. All of our shipments include Tracking and Delivery Confirmation. If you receive a notification that your package has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier directly to investigate.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information indicates that your order was delivered to the order address.
We want you to be happy with your purchases! Please note that all purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 7 days of purchase. No cash, or credit card refunds will be given. All original tags must be attached to items and items must be in new, unworn condition. All jewelry, sunnies/eyewear, accessories, adhesive bras/bralettes, and bodysuits, and SALE items, are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
