When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, expect domestic orders to arrive in 1-4 days.

How Do I Make A Return?

Online purchases made through Sami Anne Clothing are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 7 days from the ship date. Your invoices provide a postmark date that specifies when the order was placed and we receive a conformation once the items have been delivered. 

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the invoice. 
 

How Do I Track My Package After It Has Been Shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation. Use this number to track your package.

Can I Cancel Or Make Changes To My Order?

We generally process orders within 2 business days, but we’re usually much faster. Unfortunately, once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your order, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes.

How Do I Use A Promo Code?

Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the bottom of the page, click on ‘Enter promo code?’ then, type in the code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order. Please be advised that promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
